Sira has over 18 years of experience in accounting, finance and human resources with over 5 years of direct experience in the solar industry. Prior to joining CLS, Sira served as the Director of Accounting and HR for Circle L Solar and has worked in accounting and finance for several Fortune 100 companies including Home Depot and Well Fargo. Sira also has experience with working with city municipalities having worked in accounting for city governments in north Texas. Sira’s expertise is in financing, budgeting and long-term planning, policy and procedure design and implementation, TWC laws and regulations, and recruiting. Additionally, Sira has worked as an internal auditor and managed, coached, and developed many staff members on accounting practices, bookkeeping, auditing/loss prevention, and workplace safety compliance.
