What We Do
Project Development
The development of a project has many moving parts and variables that need to be adhered to in order to confirm the viability of a project. Everything from location, engineering, permitting, environmental allowances, financing to construction must be accounted for. With certain criteria being met, we set a benchmark on every project to oversee and manage each process from beginning to end.
Engineering
CLS utilizes in-house engineering as well as third party engineering to ensure maximum system optimization of all systems. We strive to make the highest economic and environmental impact taking into consideration several factors that can positively influence results.
Procurement
CLS has cultivated several key relationships with PV, inverter, racking and energy storage manufacturers to obtain manufacturer direct pricing. These relationships allow for CLS to provide clients competitive turnkey pricing without compromising quality and safety.
Construction
CLS has in-house project management, electricians and installation labor to help control the quality and safety of each project. Depending upon market availability, CLS will sub-contract installation crews within certain geographic areas. In this instance, a CLS representative will always oversee and manage the construction process.
Project Financing
CLS has formed strategic relationships with numerous institutional investment firms, family offices, private equity groups and independent power producers to finance a project that will best benefit client. Each firm has different projects requirements from project size, involvement term, internal rate of return to return on capital invested. We identify the project needs and pair it with the best suited financier.
Operations and Maintenance
We provide services for ongoing operations and maintenance to ensure maximum production and profitability for every project. Optimal performance is key to an on-going, successful project.
